How do you collaborate across departments and ensure a consistent line of communication between the office and field teams (i.e. those on the ground and those in Indigo's offices)?

"As the manager of technical collaborations, I have the unique opportunity to interface with several functions. I navigate the planning and logistics from lead generation through internal execution after a deal is signed. This involves cross- functional communication with leadership teams for decision making and with functional team members for project planning and execution. Typically, we ensure a consistent line of communication through defined processes, meetings, and email."

What We Do

Project Management at Indigo is an integrated function that leads the organization and team along the most efficient path to achieving our strategic business objectives. Indigo’s organizational structure integrates project management across executive and team functions which enables transparency and communication of strategic goals. These strategic goals guide the development of project plans and process assets. Representing backgrounds from industry to academia, business to biotechnology, we are well rounded and versatile. We are Indigo Project Management and we embody success as a team effort!
